Medal Presentation Ceremony on 4 Nov 2018

To: All Members Sub: New Arrangement of the Medal Presentation Ceremony at the Hong Kong Police College on 4 Nov 2018 The Ceremony is now re-scheduled on 4 Nov 18 (Sun), at the Officers’ Mess of the Hong Kong Police College, Wong Chuk Hang, after the Annual Parade 2018. Please find the details as follows: Date: 4 Nov 18 (Sun) Time: 1640-1700 hrs Venue: Officers’ Mess, Hong Kong Police College Awardees please note that: 1. Please muster at 1600 hrs sharp. 2. Please remove your ribbon bar before registration, for the ‘hook-up’ setting. 3. There will be a briefing session regarding the flow of the ceremony so please be punctual. 4.
